How we use it on real work
We still separate concerns mentally: list quality, send volume, and reporting. Instantly can cover several of those layers, but the client’s rules on data, compliance, and who owns the CRM still win.

- If you use multichannel elsewhere, decide whether Instantly stays the email source of truth or only one leg of the stack.
- Treat triggers and automations as contracts: name what happens when a lead replies, visits, or books so handoffs do not double-enroll people.
- When you pair sends with Outreach Magic or similar, align tags and campaign names so timelines stay readable across tools.
How we teach it in the community
